Kate’s Recommended Health Reads
I try to read a lot of books on health, lifestyle medicine, longevity and wellness in addition to my pouring through the research. I found that these books offered a lot of great insight and valuable information for someone wanting to learn more in their health journey. I also like that they all use scientific literature and research to back up their ideas. While I may not 100% agree with every single thing in each of these books and there are many other books I have read and enjoyed, these I found to be my favorites in the last year or two.
