I couldn’t be more excited about my upcoming book set to launch September 3, 2025. Backed by over 200 scientific studies and a labor of love of mine for the last three years of my life, this book idea was conceived out of frustration over my patients’ increasing rates of chronic disease. I began to realize that as far as chronic disease was concerned, what we have been doing in conventional medicine is not working to get anyone any healthier, it is simply patching a hole and managing a situation. We were missing something. So, in a quest to help my patients simply get healthier and hopefully myself along the way, I started digging through the newer research on some pretty basic concepts and what I found was mind blowing. I tried to educate my patients on some of these things but the truth is that most healthcare providers simply don’t have the time to do much education and teaching and not only that, it is pretty overwhelming to tell someone to change a bunch of things at once without letting them grow into it and be given the proper reasons why and the tools to do it. There are a lot of health plans out there, they focus on 10-day detoxes and 30-day cleanses and then what? Real change takes time. This book is the first of its kind to take a step-by-step approach at improving health and reducing chronic disease with lifestyle interventions over the course of 1 year, or 52 weeks.
