While everyone can vary to an extent and quantity must be taken into account, these charts are a great resource for those wanting to lose weight, reduce their sugar intake or simply improve their metabolic health.

Low Glycemic Index = (55 or less) Best for managing blood sugar.

Moderate Glycemic Index = (56-69) Best kept in moderation.

High Glycemic Index = (70+) Use seldom and sparingly.
